Hey, I’m Mathieu!
I am a personal trainer with a focus on performance enhancement. I’ve been a lifelong athlete (basketball) and have been actively weight training for the last 13 years. I started weight training in order to improve my own sports performance and have realized the potential to improve the performance of other athletes. Of course playing sports at a high level comes with injuries and I’ve had my fair share (Achilles tendon rupture and ACL tear) but I’ve been able to battle back from the former and am currently making a comeback from the latter. I use my experience to bring the most benefit possible to my clients.
